ward roberts: billions.

Ward Roberts is - most often - a specialist purveyor of the sort of saturated, two-tonal, pleasingly pastel-hued photography that makes for pleasant and dreamy contemplation. He’s done a good number on basketball courts and snow coated landscapes, but it’s these wildly refracted images of a cluttered city night-scape (presumably Hong Kong, where he lived for a number of years) that have left me staring.

Note the strange little moments hidden within, like burst of blood red light and doors opening onto Arctic landscapes. Lush stuff.

Enjoy more here.
